Guideline for Contributors

To ensure that our platform maintains the highest quality and relevance, we ask that you follow these guidelines when submitting your work.

Contributor Eligibility:

  • Submissions are accepted exclusively from senior contributors (CEOs, directors, C-Suite level) who own successful websites or have significant experience in digital publishing.
  • Contributors should be willing to share thought-provoking insights, lessons learned, and innovative ideas that challenge the status quo of the publishing world.
  • Articles will be published under the “Voice of Publishing” section.

Content Focus Areas:

  • Articles should focus on one or more of the following areas:
    • Thought-provoking ideas and innovative strategies for redefining publishing.
    • Diverse perspectives and voices shaping the future of the industry.
    • Challenges faced by the publishing community and creative solutions.
    • Emerging trends and technologies in publishing.

Content Relevance and Originality:

  • Ensure that your content is relevant to our audience, reflecting the topics and interests of the digital publishing community.
  • Your submission must be original, well-researched, and factually accurate. We do not accept plagiarized content or articles that have been published elsewhere.

Article Structure and Length:

  • Articles should range between 800-1200 words, depending on the complexity of the topic.
  • Break your content into clear, concise paragraphs with subheadings for easier readability.
  • Use bullet points or numbered lists when applicable to enhance content organization.

Writing Style:

  • Write in a conversational tone that engages readers and encourages discussion.
  • Use active voice and avoid jargon or overly complex language.
  • Ensure that your content is free of grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and inconsistencies in style.

Citations and Links:

  • Provide proper citations for any facts, figures, or statements that require attribution.
  • Include relevant external links to reputable sources to support your content and provide additional information.
  • Do not use excessive self-promotion or include affiliate links in your submission.

Visuals:

  • Include high-quality, relevant images or graphics to support your content (ensure you have the rights to use these images).
  • Provide captions and credits for all visuals.
  • Avoid using copyrighted material without permission.

Author Bio:

  • Include a brief (2-3 sentences) author bio with your submission, highlighting your position, expertise, and background in the publishing industry.
  • You may include one link to your personal website, blog, or social media profile.

Editing and Publication:

  • Our editorial team reserves the right to edit your submission for clarity, style, and length.
  • We cannot guarantee the publication of all submissions; however, we will notify you of our decision within two weeks of submission.
  • Once published, we encourage you to share your article on social media and engage with readers in the comments section.
